So pissed

So my sister's cat came into my room and jumped up onto my shelfs and pushed my cup off it and broke it, I go tell my sister what has happened cause I'm angry as I've told her to keep her cat out of my room cause she picks on my cat. I tell her because her cat broke it she has to replace as I brought that cup out of my own money. She yells at me telling me she doesn't have to replace cause the cat did it not her. So I go tell my parents that her cat has broken my cup and she refuses to replace it. They don't care at all, it if it was my cat that broke her cup they would say I have to replace it.

Is that fair? Cause I don't think it is.
