Another chemical? Or mc...edited

Well I’m supposed to be 8 weeks 3 days and my appt is tomorrow.... I’ve already confirmed I’m pregnant through blood and they estimated be to be 7 weeks by my hcg like a week ago well I start feeling a bit of cramping earlier but no more than usual...I just wiped right now and I had very very light brown + clear discharge. I’m really scared right now I hope it doesn’t progress but I guess we’ll see overnight ...with my chemical last time it was brown and I woke up and it was very dark old blood with little bits of red I might be looking too far into it though bc I’m so scared anyone give advice? I have an appointment tomorrow at 3 pm and I hope I don’t go into freak out mode tonight and google literally everything ugh

ETA: this is usually the time I get my period idk if that matters?
