Hormonal cravings are killing my weight loss journey
I’ve been eating healthy and working out and I’ve lost 8pounds in two weeks but now I’m ovulating and all I wanna do is eat chocolates and salty snacks but I know it’s not healthy. I tried eating more healthy food choices but then I’d eat over my calorie count. Which also makes me feel bad. How do you deal with hormonal cravings when you’re trying to lose weight. I don’t wanna give up on loosing weight but I also don’t wanna feel emotionally discouraged.
