Why is this happening?! 😔

I have lost 15 pounds and I look NO different! It makes me so sad I am proud to see that number go down but I do not look any smaller. Anyone know why this might be?

Start taking pics. Even if it’s just for yourself to look at as motivation and to review your progress. We see ourselves everyday in the mirror and we don’t notice the changes over time day by day!

Maybe you don't see it but people will notice  like me I lost 14 lbs and I don't see it but my husband does keep it up

Just keep at it!! Take progress pics very few weeks (maybe once a month) you will see a difference. We see ourselves in the mirror everyday so it’s hard for us to see the small changes and we are so hard on ourselves. You are on the right path, consistency is key!
