I work a office job so I’m never on my feet and I was wondering if u think I’m getting enough exercise in cause i feel like I’m not but I also feel like i already do a lot. Any advice what you guys do to stay healthy and fit at a office job?
I am 20 years old 5’5” and only 115IBS
I work mon-Friday’s 9 hours a day only sitting.
I go home clean house up usually takes around a hour or less a day then work out for a hour sometimes little more usually my work out consist of stretches and mostly lower body workouts
Weekends I’m always out and about doing something
And I help mow the lawn with a push mower once a week I have just under a acre of land
