Hey guys! Hoping you might have some tips for me. I’m 160 lbs and I’d like to lose at least 20 lbs by the time my friend has her wedding next May because I’m a bridesmaid. I mainly want to lose weight in my stomach, hips and thighs. But that’s difficult since I don’t really have a lot of time to go to the gym because I’m a nursing student with school during the week and I work on the weekends. Do you guys have some tips on how to lose that weight healthily? I don’t even know if there IS a way to lose weight in those places without working out a lot, but I thought I would ask.
