Would you take your baby in a chlorinated pool under 1 year old?

I read that chlorine is potentially harmful to babies' developing lungs and since it's a chemical, it's not ideal for them to swim in it.

I’ve been taking my son in the pool since he was 3 months old with his Oteroo next floatie. It’s totally fine

Just give them a bath right after and make sure they dont drink the water

Yup my son was less then 2 months old lol he loves the water. I can’t get him out sometimes 😂

It's perfectly fine. I would do what ever you can to make sure they don't get it in their mouth.

We just took our 9 month old yesterday for the first time, our pool has “swim” class for babies starting at 4 months, so I’m sure it’s safe. 
We only went for 30 mins then he was done, he also slept so darn good last night! :) haha

Personally no but my son has very sensitive skin and I’d be worried he’d break out in a rash.

I dont plan to take my child into a pool ever. I have highly sensitive skin that rashes out incredibly bad for days after being in a pool. Not sure if they will get that from me not risking it.

I would rather take an infant in a chlorinated pool than one infested with bugs & other gross stuff!
