Reoccurring dream

So off an on for about a month and a half I’ve had a reoccurring dream of getting a positive pregnancy test it felt so real that last month I actually took one but it was negative and I ended up starting my period. I had another one last night that I took three tests and they were all positive but I’m still about 7 days from my period starting. Anyway my question is does anyone know what this could mean or why I keep having this dream over and over again??
