ringing in ears so bad
does anyone had or has tinnitus both my ears are ringing so loud i went to ent did a hearing test they said i passed i can hear but sometimes when im on phone i cant hear people to great this ringing in my ears are horrible so loud!!! and they dont know what it is causing it... wax isnt it he cleaned my ears out everytime i go they clean it for me... 🤦🏻♀️ i cant take it anymore man..
