What is going on?

My period came really late this month it was suppose to come on the 18 of September but it came on the 30th but it came really late. It was light spotting put a tampon on and it wasn't heavy. It was spotted on the tampoon and it only lasted for 3 days no blood cloths or anything and now I don't even have a period at all 😐😐😐😐 what do I do??? I took a test and it was negative
