Am I crazy or my bf has like a secret Fetish?

Okayyy so this weekend we have his parents house to ourselves bc they’re on vacation. And my bf is insisting I come up with stuff I might want to try. NOW, I know this might seem like a normal convo to you.... BUTTTT he is always telling me that if I have anything I wanna try to tell him and he will try anything etc. I always say no I don’t really have Anything else I can think of because our sex life is already pretty kinky. He’s literally asked me like 4 times a week or more sometimes... it makes me think he has a fetish or something he won’t tell me!! And it’s bugging me because if so I want to know!! What do you think, secret fetish’s or just being considerate of my pleasure??
