You don’t want to overmedicate if there isn’t a fever or pain.

Only if they’re in pain. If there’s not fever and no pain then I don’t.

Only if something hurts like their throat or head (older kids) and not for an infant. I only administer Tylenol or other medications when absolutely necessary. It’s really not good to give it when you don’t need to.
