At what point should I go to the er? 7 weeks pregnant

When should I go to the er? I’m blacking out every time I stand up and dizzy. And I get cold to the point of freezing come nighttime. Like at what point do I go to the er? Laying on the floor dying orrrrr. I mean I called them and they were like just stay hydrated. I’m like that’s not the fucking question?!!

It is natural for your blood pressure to drop low (very low) during pregnancy. I’m 22 weeks with twins and mornings are terrible for me. My blood pressure is usually 80/60s. (Stupid low). I have learned to just drink as much water as humanly possible and when changing positions do it VERY slowly. 
I’m not saying go to the ER or Urgent care but I am saying they won’t be able to do much. Maybe give you a bag of fluids to temporarily raise your Bp but then when those fluids run their course through your system you will be back in the same boat. 
Snack frequently to keep your blood sugar up, try to get a close to a fallow (120 ounces) of water a day and just take things slow. Kind of your only long term options until that baby makes its appearance. It does get better but just try to find ways to get by till then.

If there is an urgent care location near you, start there. You will likely get seen faster. It sounds like your blood pressure could be seriously out of whack, and as soon as they take your vitals, you'll know what's going on.

dizziness/ fainting is very normal due to all the extra blood you're body is pushing.  it happens to me to the point I almost faint everytime,  but you could go to a walk in or er to help yourself feel better

Your likely dehydrated! 
Which will affect your blood pressure; causing black out 
Increase your fluid intake, try and get poweraide into yourself 
If no improvement, you should go and get checked out, you might require IV hydration 
I go through this with my last 3 pregnancies and always require hydration

You may need to super hydrate!  My dr had me taking in 3 liters a day last pregnancy and I still ended up in the ER for multiple fluid bags😣😣 it got annoying because I’d get to the point where I’d take two sips of water and run to pee it back out
