TMI Sores around my lips?

I have never had a cold sore or anything! I’ve been very dehydrated lately so maybe that’s why???? 😭 what is happening to me?! What can I do to help it?? Should I go to the doctor about it??

That looks like what I get around this time of year. My lips get weird and I start bighting them. I just use blistex medicated lip ointment. It helps and takes care of it in like 3 days. But if it's still there after that then go see your dr

That really doesn’t look like a cold sore to me. They look like they’re raw. Did you have blisters with light yellow fluid or an itching sensation?
I’ve gotten cold sores since 14 they suck

You’ve been kissing anyone ? If not than you should go talk to your doctor and they will prescribe some medicine to get rid of it
