Fever from 4 month shots today

I know a fever after shots is normal but LOs temp is 101.2, I just gave her Tylenol as recommended by her doctor but is there a cut off point of when she should go to her dr again/ go to the emergency department? Like if it reaches a certain temp or doesn’t go away for a certain amount of time?

Edit- I called but this is why I hate to, they said “go ahead with Tylenol, 2.5 ml every 4-6 hours, and call back if her fever hits 105”

105 is incredibly dangerous, especially for a 4 month old. Doctors around here are so god awful.
