My boyfriend could have passed me a STD!!!!

I feel devastated, I’ve been with my boyfriend for 1 year and a half, he is the love of my life, we lost our virginity to each other, at least that’s what he told me. He is the most lovely, kind and responsible man I have ever met, that’s why I feel so confused. Since two weeks ago I’ve been having a weird pain in my abdomen, my vagina is also itching and I have pain when peeing, so I made an appointment with my gynecologist a few days ago.She took two different samples. I went today to see my results and she told me that I must do the analysis again because one of the samples was positive for Trichomoniasis and the other one was negative so she was not sure about what the final result was. She took another sample and she told me to call her back next week. I feel so anxious right now. I feel betrayed. I haven’t talked with my boyfriend in the whole day. He keeps asking if something is wrong but I just can’t think right now. I don’t know what to do. I feel terrible. I just wanna cry and stay in bed. I don’t have nobody to talk about this.

UPDATE!!: The results came back NEGATIVE!! The doctor said everything looks okay. I’m still having the pain though. She is going to give me some antibiotics to see if it helps. Thank you so much guys for all your responses, I really appreciate it.
