How do you know when your LO is hungry?

Now that her hands are constantly in her mouth bc of teething I have no idea when she’s hungry until she’s crying. Any other cues that you guys notice? I try to feed every two hours regardless but sometimes she just isn’t hungry. I hate not knowing anymore!

I feed whenever he wakes up from a nap and shove the boob in this mouth when he is screaming

Sometimes he tries to find boob when someone's holding him (literally anyone with a nipple, if he's hungry he's looking) or if he's crying and it's been about 2~ hours, I'll offer boob and 95% he wants it. Sometimes he's crying just cause he wants to be picked up, so if he stops crying when I or someone else grabs him, then we wait till he gets fussy again.

Same! I feel bad bc my husbands home with him two days a week now and does my breastmilk in bottles and he wastes so much heating and then him not really being hungry etc 😭😭
