I get a lot of discharge...?

I have always had a lot of discharge on a daily basis and don’t really know what to do. It’s always clear, watery discharge. I am 19 and have never been pregnant or had any real issues down there, but it’s recently (the last month) been so bad that I’ve had to wear a panty liner or my cup most days to stop my pants getting too wet.

Is there anything I can do to lessen it or is it worth seeing someone about it?
