Weight loss tips
I've seen so many amazing transformations on here. I'm 4 weeks postpartum and I'm eager to loose this baby weight some left from my previous pregnancy too as I got pregnant when my first was 9 months old so didn't get much time to loose much. Now we are done having kids 2 is enough for us we are extremely lucky and I'm ready to get my body back and feel a better about myself. So if any of you could tell me how you lost your weight and what worked for you it would be much appreciated. I'm already only drinking water, going for walks everyday and making a conscious effort to not eat rubbish (although I have had a few bad days). My problem areas are my legs and my stomach I've got a bit of a saggy over hand that I mainly want to loose as best I can.
