Upper stomach cramping
I am currently 34 weeks pregnant, and the past few days I’ve had super bad upper stomach cramping/burning and diarrhea. Is this normal? I can barely eat or drink without leaning over in pain. I don’t have another OB appointment until the 6th, but will see him sooner if this doesn’t go away or get better.. My OB said baby is super low into my pelvis and has dropped.
