Acne black heads

I need help ever since I stopped taking birth control its been 5 months now my skin has been horrible especially my chin I have tiny little dots you can’t really tell from the picture but I’ve tried everything exfoliating, face masks I even got this pore sucker and I rub a ice cube on my face I wash my hands and sheets/ pillow cases I even drink tons more water someone help me😭
