TMI - but someone help

This is tmi but I need help.

So yesterday I was trying to find the g-spot because I’ve never really tried to find it and when I hit the supposed spot or what I thought it might’ve been it due to like descriptions, it kind of hurt so after a while I stopped trying to see if I was doing it wrong or if I was in the wrong place, today I’ve woken up and like my lower stomach is sooooo sore and near the hole and butthole as well and I don’t know if it’s from that or if something is actually wrong.
