Has any of you started experiencing those crazy vivid dreams?

Last night I woke up really scared and screaming as I dreamed someone kept pulling my foot... weird!!!! Fell asleep and started dreaming I was running , like real running and kept going all night long! Woke up exhausted 😫

Also I found for some reason I always en up sleeping facing up?

I always sleep on my belly and I know is safe to sleep facing down at my stage ( 5w 3d ) but dunno why I keep turning on my sleep 😂

Is any of you in the same situation? Or I am just a weirdo ?
