Warning: NOT a pro Vax OR anti vaxx post.

Just need people's opinions. I've been told by many to be wary of the Vitamin K shot. It has a black box warning that warns it may cause jaundice or even death. That's a fact, look it up. I also heard it has other ingredients that aren't necessarily ideal for baby.

But I also want my baby to be safe and am VERY concerned that he may have internal bleeding if I don't get the shot. I will be doing delaying cord clamping and also may request oral vitamin k.

I just don't want to make the wrong decision and have regrets, and would like to know what everyone else is doing for their baby. Also if you share what you are doing please include whether you have researched into this or not. I don't know what to think.
