Missing breast feeding.

I so badly miss breast feeding, I stopped when my daughter was 3 months old because I ended up sleeping through feedings during the day (when my husband would take her of course). But I want to produce more, I still have milk because my daughter will nurse in the morning every once in a blue moon. As much as I want to pump, I hate the thought of starting all over and pumping every 2 hours all over again 😭

I don’t know that you could get back to 100% breastfeeding again but maybe you could produce enough for a couple of bottles a day for the added nutrition?

3 months is great and it's awesome that you are still offering her breastmilk when you can! Just here to say great job momma 👍 I agree with other poster about just trying to offer a few bottles or nursing sessions as you could. Even if you don't get back your full supply you can enjoy the nursing that you miss and maybe have the best of both worlds not living on the pump!

You could get back to it if you wanted to but you would have to pump/ latch every 2-3 hours. Lots of oatmeal and water

We’re in the same boat but my milk is “weaning milk.” It’s more sticky and not much comes out. I show my daughter the boob and she pushes it away or smile. She’s not at all interested.
