IUD and Scare

Had sex at the end of last month a few times. I have an hormonal IUD, we used a condom, and he pulled out every time. I had some light bleeding about a week or so ago that lasted less than a couple hours and its freaked me out. I know periods are irregular with IUD and mine were before it too. Ive had one month where I didnt bleed out of the year Ive had my IUD. My apps say I was supposed to started a week to half a week ago, but im kinda cramping now. Guess im just looking for reassurance that Im not. Preggers?

Also unrelated spasms near my right rib that is also weird and my anxious brain tells me different. 😂
