Sleep training question
So, I was contemplating trying to sleep train my daughter. She is a little over 4 months. When I started researching more, it seemed like all the peer reviewed journal articles I found suggested starting at 6 months.
Anyone have thoughts or legitimate research? I am kind of an evidence-based practice person. Haha.
