Failed mTESE, second try?
Hi all,
My husband had a mTESE done on Thursday and they found no sperm. The urologist said he didn’t multiple biopsies and was pretty thorough. Has anyone had any luck doing a second mTESE? My husband and I are heartbroken with this news and he is already thinking about a second surgery if it has a chance of working. Has anyone had more than one mTESE and if so what did your spouse do differently before the second try?
