I told my husband.
Today I told my husband I'm worried I have PPD. I was scared to say anything so I added that I didn't know if it was PPD or sleep deprivation. My sweet girl is 3 months old and I can only count a handful of nights where I have gotten more than 4 hours in the last months. There have been many 1-2 hour nights as well. So sleep deprivation could play a part.
I'm scared if I do have PPD my MIL will freak out and try to convince my SO the baby should stay with them. I'm already convinced she thinks I'm a bad mom.
Edit: I'm already back to work. My MIL watches the baby during the day for us. Because of our schedules I drop baby off at MILs at 0430 which means I have to be up at 0300 to get everything ready. I don't get off until 330pm by the time I get to MILs it's 415pm and I eat dinner with them. I typically get home around 530pm. I get only about an hour and a half play time with baby before bed. Then if I want to see my husband awake I have to stay up/get up at 1030pm. And baby eats at 1230am and sometimes 0200.
