Home Owner!!!

BOO YA! Just bought my first home June 28th! I am so proud of myself and feel like one hell of a boss babe.

I am 22 years old, grew up in low income housing, neither of my parents have owned real estate in their life, I dropped out of high school in grade 11... and today I can write this saying I own a newly re-done 1 bedroom condo in one of the top 3 most expensive cities in Canada , work full time for a Law firm, am a proud puppy mama, and HAPPY. Sorry to toot my own horn- but wait, no I’m not. IM KILLING IT 💕

Ladies, real estate is EXPENSIVE. But don’t let the big numbers make you think you’ll never obtain it. If you think that way, you won’t. Remember, you need to be able to afford the down payment NOT the whole thing. You know almost every home owner has a mortgage right?! So don’t let those big number discourage you. Hustle and stay focused. You can do it! 💞
