Advice needed. I don’t want to be over reacting.

So my babe I have noticed a decrease in movement since Sat. I got my 10 kicks in right under 2 hrs which is not the norm at all. It usually a lot quicker. This morning I ate a spicy breakfast sandwich and drank some ice cold water! And nothing!! I just don’t want to be overreacting! Someone please tell me to get over myself and call the doc! I read post like this and roll my eyes like what did we do before social media! Now look at me! TIA
