Utterly exhausted

Hi all. I'm 33 weeks and 4 days. I was sick over the weekend with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. It was awful. I had a similar issue in early June. I called out of work today because I could not get out of bed. I am able to hold food down now but I have zero energy. I went to my NST appointment today and baby was moving. He had one slight drop in his heartrate which freaked me out, but the nurse said he could have rolled over on his cord. She did a biophysical profile to further check him out and everything looked fine. She said if my malaise continues, I should call my OB. I didn't call them over the weekend because I had a feeling they'd say to go to triage or the ER, and I couldn't leave my bathroom or bedroom because I kept getting sick. It seems the worst of it has passed but now I just feel wiped out. I don't want to leave my bed. Worried I won't be able to make it into work again tomorrow - I'm just wishing I could be done at this point. Anyone else having a similar experience?

To add: I have a high-risk pregnancy (AMA, GD, concerns for high BP).
