20 pounds a month??
I’m not to educated when it comes to weight loss. So I was curious if 20 pounds a month was a realistic or even possible thing for me to do? I weigh 240 pounds, and I’m 5’11. My goal weight is 180 for now, and I’m just trying to get to that goal, as fast as I possibly can. Like are there pills, or any specific workout thing that will help me?
