Exercises during pregnancy
Can anyone help me with a few effective exercises to reduce fat on thighs and arms? I am 9 weeks pregnant, but have been so tired after 9 hours office that I hardly go for a walk. My body is expanding at a nuclear rate😞
Stomach bloat is fine, but I have seen women with toned arms and legs even during pregnancy 🤰🏻 😐
Also I think a good routine will help me shed off weight after delivery and fewer stretch marks 😐
