Nipple soreness and redness

PLEASE TELL ME Is this a sign of early pregnancy???? I’ve never had my boobs or nipples hurt but my nipples HURT LIKE HECK MY LEFT MORE SO!!!! I can’t hardly wear a bra touch them etc even in the shower water running over them hurts like heck!!! ITS ALMOST LIKE CARPET BURN IN MY NIPPLES!!! Help any advice or experience with this?

Let me also add this is my first cycle of letrozole!!
