First prenatal appointment

I’ve already had my initial appointment confirming pregnancy . I’ve had some bleeding so they scheduled an ultrasound for week eight but do you think for my first prenatal appointment I would’ve already had an ultrasound scheduled ? I have another ultrasound scheduled four weeks later to check on that one so not sure but with the first prenatal appointment I would think that there would be one scheduled anyway just trying to see it what to expect on Thursday, really wanted to see the baby again
