Need opinions and personal experiences

Sooooo today I had an ultrasound because I've been spotting and cramping for 19 days. The only thing in the findings is ADNEXA: Small right paraovarian/peritubal cyst measuring 0.9 x 0.6 x 0.9 cm. Small

volume free fluid

(My doctor hasn't called yet but I have a patient portal that let's you view results.)

Past experience with this practitioner leads me to believe she's going to tell me this is normal and just wait it out with some aleeve (which doesn't work on me I've told her multiple times).

Has anyone had this with your mirena? I just want to hear some stories if this is actually something common or if my doctor is just blowing this off.
