Long shot maybe?

Hello from California, so i stopped birth control mid pack (07/11)to be exact. I had withdrawal bleeding from (7/14-7/16), my regular scheduled period (on birth control) should be on (08/03), i have been feeling lower back pain and mild pelvic cramps, could that be a sign of pregnancy? or could it be that my body is trying to get back to it’s normal schedule? I know wishful thinking, it’s probably too soon, i took a pregnancy test which showed a negative result, but it could very well still be too early to know, any i put would be great thank you.
