Is my baby sleeping enough?

He sleeps 8-9 hours at night and 4-5 during the day. Average of 13 hours. I keep reading that it should be more but he really fights sleep 🤷‍♀️ he’s 12 weeks old.

I worry the opposite 😂😂 she sleeps from around 11-8/9 at night then takes 4-5 hour and a half naps when we’re home. She sleeps a lot less when we’re out and about but daddy went back to work this week after taking 10 weeks off, so we’ve been home much more

Mine gets about 12-13 and I’m always concerned about it too! It’s definitely not a lack of trying on my part, she just is so hard to get down for naps!!

This is my biggest concern with my LO. She only sleeps like 7hrs at night and 4-5 during the day. Idk what to do to help her sleep more...it’s exhausting.

Sounds about right they suggest 13-16 hours per a 24hour period
