Best Products to Prevent Stretch Marks?

Currently 16 weeks and I’m noticing that my belly is starting to become itchy. My mom had 3 kids and has a lot of stretch marks. I’ve read that they can be genetic so I’m really nervous I’ll get them as well. I’m no way shaming stretch marks, I would just personally not like to have them. So please, spare the negative comments. 
With that said, what products do you ladies recommend that actually work to prevent stretch marks? Thanks in advance!

There's literally nothing you can put on your skin to prevent them. Stretch marks form in the second layer of skin where topical product don't penetrate. You'll either get them or you won't. The only thing you can do to possibly minimize them is to stay hydrated and gain a minimal amount of weight.

I put collagen in my coffee, make sure I drink plenty of water and slather myself in whatever feels nice at the time lol right now I am using the "water lotion" from bath and body works! It is nice and cooling and has hyaluronic acid for max hydration!

My dermatologist said that keeping your skin hydrated but also drinking lots of water might help, but there’s basically nothing you can do. Continue moisturizing/massaging after to make them a bit less noticeable. I earned mine after 39 weeks. I read someone who theirs showed up after delivery.

I prefer the natural route. Stay hydrated and moisturize the skin. I prefer coconut oil.

In addition to the above comment, I have also read slow weight gain, as opposed to rapid, helps minimize them
