I would run to the hospital, that is blood, and while i’m not sure if it’s bloody show or not, but any blood like that is the kind of thing I would go to the hospital for.

Bloody show is usually mixed with mucus, that looks like actual tissue or a clot. I would call you OB or go get it checked out.
