Pelvic pain on right side only

Has anyone ever had a small pain on the right side, code to your hip? Radiates to my lower back. It’s not constant, it comes and goes in waves. I have PCOS, but the dr said nothing else is wrong besides that... I’m tired of being in pain everyday 😞
