Smoothie/Shake cravings
So I’m 6w 3d, and nothing has been sounding good except for smoothies, shakes, acai bowls, and popsicles...anything sweet and cold and icy.
I’ve been trying not to break the bank by going out and buying a smoothie everyday, so I’ve been experimenting with recipes and made something super delicious today.
Peanut Butter & Banana Shake:
1 cup cashew milk
Frozen banana
A few large spoonfuls of peanut butter
1 scoop of dairy free vanilla ice cream (I use coconut bliss)
A couple ice cubes
Optional: add a scoop of protein powder, or blend in some chia seeds, flax seeds, or hemp seeds for extra fiber and protein
