this guy i have been FWB with i have caught really strong feelings with him and want a real
relationship. he admits he had feelings for me
but that’s not what he’s looking for right now so we ended things. how do i get over this? i’m tired of crying.

Just cut him off cold. He clearly doesn’t feel the same way and it’s good he was honest with you. It’s gonna hurt now but if the future you’ll meet the right person who wants the same things. This is why I discourage my friends from doing fwb because I know their personalities and they get attached thinking they’ll be able to handle it then fall hard. 
But it’s okay, you gained experience from this and the next one will stay and be right for you, all the best!! ❤️
