Ivf stims not absorbing

This is my third round of ivf and today I did my labs and ultrasound result back it’s my 5th day of stims I started off 225iu follistim and 75 menopur for 3 days then bumped it up to 300iu of follistim and 75iu menopur. I was told today that my doesn’t seem to absorb the meds my levels is going up but not where they want them to be and was told to change my injection site from my belly to my deltoid (arm) anyone ever have to do this? I’m getting discourage but don’t want to lose hope.
