Headaches since giving birth

So I ended up with spinal headaches after I had the epidural. I got a blood patch and that helped but then I realized whenever I bent over or laughed hard or picked something up my head hurts like it’s going to explode. Literally like a horrible sharp cramp. I went to ER again and they said they wouldn’t recommend a second blood patch but to talk to my DR. So far nothing. My CT of my head was clear...

has any moms been threw this? In August I’ll be 2 months postpartum. It sucks. I can’t even stretch unless I’m laying flat on my back
