PRUV on anatomy scan? 20 weeks

Question

Just had my anatomy scan and the sonographer said the baby has Persistent Right Umbilical Vein (PRUV). 
From what I've read this could be a sign of more serious issues, has anyone come across this and can tell me their experiences?

I also found out my baby has PRUV at 19 weeks. I’m now 27 weeks and everything is fine. I had an echocardiogram to double check his heart and they told me since the scan was normal that the chance of abnormalities is unlikely. It is more common than you think and I’m sure everything will be ok!

My baby boy has umbilical cord varix. I have appointments every 2 weeks for his heart and his dilated  vein. At 32 weeks I will have to go every week to keep a very close eye on heart and vein as he gets bigger.  I am here if you ever want to talk about it.

My baby was diagnosed with this as well. We did a second ultrasound at 22 weeks and an echo today at 25 weeks and they let us know that he is perfectly fine.
