Well, my husband and I have been living with family since we’ve been together. First it was with my mom and grandparents, now it’s with his dad. We have a 2 year old daughter and now a 1 month old son. His dad dropped a bomb on us close to the end of my pregnancy that we had 2-3 months to move out because he’s planning on selling his house. We’ve been struggling to find something with not wanting to rent, the stress was ridiculous on me trying to find a place while I was pregnant, and now we have found our dream house that we’re supposed to close on tomorrow! Problem is, my husband just told me last night that his dad is wanting to move into a spare unfinished room in our garage, and store all of his stuff there for an undetermined amount of time. WTF. Am I being a bitch to be pissed off?! I know my husband just wants extra help with the bills, but his dad isn’t one that’s great on keeping his word... I’m scared he’s going to rack up our bills and make us lose the house honestly. What can I do? My husband and I have been arguing over this since he told me about it. I was so excited to finally have our own place and not have other family in the house and it’s kind of put a downer on the whole thing for me now.
