Desperate need of advice...

So I am 22, TTC with my fiancé and on 7/25 & 7/26 I took 3 Walgreens brand Pink Dye tests- Got 3 super faint positives. Then took at least 5 more (different brands) tests in the span of a couple days after and got all negative. Been having pregnancy symptoms for couple weeks. I went to urgent care 7/27 for a blood test- came back negative. Which was disappointing to say the least... I am now a week late for my period which is very regular have never missed one before. I have been mildly stressed because I am getting married tomorrow but good stress. Nothing to make me miss a period... should I retest? I spotted only a tiny bit after sex this morning. Could it be cryptic or a hooked pregnancy? Or just all in my head? I feel crazy thinking I could be but I just don’t know..
