Orgasm?

Hi ladies!

Okay, this might be a little weird but how do you know when you’ve orgasmed? Now that I’ve been thinking about it, I don’t think I’ve ever orgasmed after being with my boyfriend for years... I realized that I always put his needs first and eventually get tired after he’s done lol. He clits me after and it feels so good but I don’t think it’s ever gone to a point where I truly orgasm. A friend told me it doesn’t happen often? When have you ladies orgasmed and how do did you know it was it?! Hahaha. TIA!
